Prints.ink is a product of BuildWithTools. Prints.ink is operated under the BuildWithTools trading name. Mailing address: 336 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60601, USA. This policy explains how we handle information used to create and save invoices and quotes.
Drafts on your device
While you try the editor without an account, your draft and any logo you add are stored in your own browser (local storage). Document contents are sent to our servers when you choose to save or download. A logo added while signed out is uploaded automatically to your private storage after you sign in so that your draft can follow you.
Accounts and service providers
The application, database and uploaded business logos are hosted on Replit. Sign-in is handled through Replit-managed Clerk authentication. We use your account identifier and sign-in email to provide private account access. PayPal handles subscription checkout and billing. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services.
Documents, customers and logos
When you subscribe and save, document contents, saved customer records, your business profile, contact details, preferred settings and uploaded logos are stored for your account. Access to saved records requires an active subscription. While access is active, you can delete individual saved documents and customers in your dashboard. Only submit client information and logos you are entitled to use. PDFs are generated on demand rather than stored as permanent PDF files by default.
Purchase orders
Saved purchase orders can include vendor details, product photos and manually recorded tracking flags. ZIP files are used for import, not as permanent document exports. Normalized product images remain private to the account; the same support request process for access, export or deletion applies.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. The merchant account is operated by BuildWithTools. We never see or store your card details; we receive your subscription status.
Service operation and security
The service uses browser storage and authentication sessions to keep drafts and account access working. Server diagnostics record request paths, response status and safe error categories to operate and protect the service; they are not intended to log invoice contents or payment credentials. Access checks restrict saved records to their account owner and paid features to eligible subscribers. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information. Email storylabcentral@gmail.com for account, profile, logo or saved-record requests, including after cancellation. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting account data and handle them subject to applicable legal retention obligations. This is a support-request process, not an automatic account export or deletion tool.
Retention and shared devices
Saved documents, customer records and business profiles remain stored after subscription cancellation while the account exists, but cannot be accessed through paid features without an active subscription. Former subscribers can request access, export or deletion through support. There is no fixed automatic deletion deadline; verified requests are handled subject to legal retention obligations. Local drafts remain on the device until replaced or cleared; signing out clears the current app draft. Avoid confidential customer information on shared devices.
