Refunds & cancellation
Prints.ink is operated under the BuildWithTools trading name. Prints.ink Pro is one recurring subscription at $4.99 USD per month through PayPal. There is no annual plan or subscription trial.
Automatic billing
After PayPal approval, the plan renews monthly until cancelled. A successful approval redirect alone does not unlock paid access: Prints.ink checks the subscription and payment status with PayPal. Checkout is unavailable while payment configuration is pending.
Cancellation and access
Signed-in subscribers can use Dashboard > Subscription > Cancel subscription. Prints.ink asks PayPal to cancel and reads back the confirmed status. Paid access ends immediately when cancellation is confirmed, not at the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. You can also manage automatic payments in PayPal.
Saved records
Cancellation does not delete documents, customers or business profiles. They remain stored while the account exists and are inaccessible through paid features without an active subscription. Email storylabcentral@gmail.com to request access, export or deletion, subject to request verification and legal retention obligations.
Refunds and billing disputes
Recurring subscription charges are generally not refundable after payment, except where applicable law requires a refund. Send billing disputes or refund requests to storylabcentral@gmail.com. We do not promise an additional goodwill refund window, refund amount or response deadline. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
