Terms
Prints.ink is a product of BuildWithTools. Prints.ink is operated under the BuildWithTools trading name. Mailing address: 336 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60601, USA. By using Prints.ink, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
Manual invoice status
Paid and unpaid invoice labels are marked manually by you for your own client invoices. Prints.ink does not process your clients’ payments or verify those labels. Your Prints.ink subscription is separate and billed through PayPal.
The service
PRINTS.INK helps you draft, preview and download invoices and quotes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your documents, including tax rates and amounts.
Free preview
You can edit and preview the top of a document without an account. This is not a subscription trial. The full preview, saving and PDF download require an active paid subscription.
Subscription and cancellation
Prints.ink Pro costs $4.99 USD per month and renews automatically through PayPal until cancelled. There is no annual plan or subscription trial. Subscriptions are billed through PayPal. The merchant account is operated by BuildWithTools. Cancel from Dashboard > Subscription > Cancel subscription, or manage automatic payments in PayPal. Once PayPal confirms cancellation, paid access ends immediately rather than at the end of the billing cycle. Cancellation does not delete saved records or automatically issue a refund.
Saved records after cancellation
Documents, customers and business profiles remain stored while the account exists, but paid access requires an active subscription. Former subscribers may email storylabcentral@gmail.com to request access, export or deletion. Requests require verification and are handled subject to legal retention obligations; no automatic deletion or export is promised.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.

PRINTS.INK is a document tool, not an accounting or tax service.
Refunds and billing disputes
Recurring subscription charges are generally not refundable after payment, except where applicable law requires a refund. Send billing disputes or refund requests to storylabcentral@gmail.com. See Refunds & cancellation for details. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Illinois law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply where you live. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
